STANISŁAWOWSKI THEATRE
In the east wing of the famous Stanisławowski Theatre, there is a world-famous 200-seat court theater. It is named after its founder, Stanisław August Poniatowski. At that time was mainly intended for the king and his surroundings.
Now, guests of the Concert Agency PRESTO can hear in this extraordinary interior the recital of Fryderyk Chopin’s music, and during the break admire the unique decoration of the audience. There are medallions with famous ancient dramatists, the king’s impressive coat of arms, and above all the illusionist murals depicting the audience with a glowing audience, gossiping ladies and courtiers.
